Full Description
Church of Holy Innocents. Imposing church, over restored. Late C13 chancel and font, early C14 E window on S aisle and arcade. Perpendicular new tower erected circa 1450, much other perpendicular works. Details in (S1)(S2). Church listed in Domesday.

A Holy Innocents' Church 150. square tower, random flint, knapped flint plinth and parapet. 15C. nave with clerestorey, random flint, ashlar, slates.
Single hammer beam roof with recumbent figures, now headless. 15C. N. and S. aisles as nave. 13C. chancel. There is an arched recessed tomb in the S. chancel wall outside. 15C. S. porch 13C. octagonal font with 4 supporting columns.
