Full Description

Relatively thin scatter of Neo/BA worked flint and pottery found fieldwalking by Colin Pendleton on sandy field surface (S1).
Other finds from field include Arreton tradition bronze spearhead, MNL 131, and large stone found `lying directly on top of sand' with worked cupped depressions on opposing faces, the larger of which has about the size of half a tennis ball (? BA), found by farmer, (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). Also barbed and tanged arrowhead found by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) in 1940s-1960s (S1).
