Full Description
Several large rim and body sherds, mostly joining, from shell tempered straight sided vessel. MIA/LIA form. Found (relatively freshly disturbed?) to SW of main Neo/EBA scatter on sand hillock by Colin Pendleton. Cited findspot (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) probably too far NE due to mapping previous to plotting of sandhill layout. Grid reference adjusted accordingly - needs checking against detailed mapping held by C Pendleton (S1). Rare occurrence of material of this date from this area of the fens.
