Full Description
Site of former wind pump (pumping from main drain into River Lark) as shown on Hodskinsons 1783 map (S1). Replaced by engine house, with 60hp Butterley Engine from 1844-1944 (S2)(S3). Much altered, but with the basic structure of the 1-part brick building erected in 1844 remaining (S4). Close to further mill, MNL 345. Not shown on 1836 OS map.
