Full Description

May/June 1991: Watching brief on ploughed area prior to seeding for 9 hole golf course. Formerly under grass. Scatter, circa 40m diameter, identified in SE corner of site, adjacent to Martlesham by-pass. Med finds from ?C12- C14 listed as: rim sherds (not numbered), 3 base sherds, 82 body sherds (including 1/2 EMed) Med coarseware, 1 body sherd Med glazed ware. Total weight 360g.
Also 1 Preh flake & 1 burnt flint (S1).
