At a meeting of the SIA in Bury St Edmunds, January 1859, Mr Joseph Warren exhibited a brooch (fibula) of the Rom period, found at Icklingham by men digging for gravel (S1). Probably passed to Evans collection. Now in OXFAS. See other Misc items from Icklingham recorded as in OXFAS, CRN 01280 & 10389.
