Full Description
Pottery scatter extending into two fields located during the Fenland survey 1985-1986. Grey wares (including large storage vessels and C4 flanged rims) 1.89kg, shell-tempered wares 1.49kg, Oxford ware 0.03kg, Much Hadham ware 0.05kg, Samian 0.025kg, various red wares 0.13kg, roof and box tile 3.2kg, square-section whetstone with a perforated head, lava millstone fragment 0.05kg. Background thin scatter of material in the surrounding area (S1).
