Full Description

January 1993: Two worked flints (and one sherd Med (?) pottery) found within 30m of grid reference in material excavated from ditch to make up bund screen to proposed caravan park. Surrounding area all meadow and forest so no further field walking possible (S1).

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on details of discovery, (S2).
