Full Description
St Michael's church. Nave and chancel in one, S aisle, W tower. Tower and aisle probably C14. Fabric - nave and chancel probably C13 but whole remodelled and roof raised in restoration 1769. Fittings contemporary with restoration and most attractive. Redundant. See R D Carr - SAU church file.
Sherd of Early Med type ware from molehill adjacent to N wall nave.
