Account rolls of 1355-1357 show that 31% of manorial income in Flixton was gained from the extraction of peat (from a turbary)(S1)(R1). Presumably related to Flixton Decoy. Tithes of hay and turbary valued at 1/2 a mark in 1341, Inquisition of Ninths (S2).
