Full Description
Inside the church, `below the chancel piscina are three pieces of carved stone, now incomplete but obviously all part originally of one design. Discovered buried in the S aisle, they are certainly not later than the C11, but the British Museum dates them as late C9' (S1). Described as Anglo-Saxon frieze with hands gripping leaf trails in (S2).
See Med for church.
