Full Description

Aerial photograph of ring ditch (S1). Possibly now underlying Ipswich bypass.
This cropmark feature corresponds with the site of a small Post Medieval sand pit as is depicted on the 1st Edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of circa 1884 (S2) and therefore has not been mapped as part of the project. (S3)
