Full Description
Meadow with earthworks between present Barnham to Euston and former(?) Barnham to Euston road extending from Water Lane and defined to N by drain on 1:10000 OS map (S1).
Possibly deserted area of shrunken village or former pits (note brick kiln shown to E on OS 1st ed map). Field to N is lower and appears relatively flat.
