Full Description
Coin formerly part of H R Mossop Collection. Sold at Glendining's November 1991. Gold quarter stater of Tasciovanus (1.35g), Colchester, crossed wreaths, rev: TASCI, horse left; above: end of CAML monogram (unpublished with TASCI legend, cf Van Arsdell 1694-1, (Mack 187). Extremely rare, good very fine (250-300).
Claimed to be from Suffolk 1987 (S1).
