Full Description
A Rom bronze needle, 7.45cm in length, was donated to Moyses Hall Museum in 1984 by the finder (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s).
The needle consists of an oblong strip, notched in the centre of each side and tapering to a blunt point at one end which has a slot near the tip. The other end is notched and decorated with an X and two vertical lines. Found with a metal detector.
Found at `? Hockwold or Lakenheath' (S1).
