Full Description

A bronze Viking ornament length 4.9cm was donated by the finder (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) to Moyses Hall Museum in 1984. Found with a metal detector.
It is broken. Possibly zoomorphic. There is a depression in the centre (possibly intended as a perforation). It is decorated with lines which have been made with a small square punch; the broken end has a semi-circular indentation which shows signs of wear (S1).

Formerly recorded as WNG MISC
