Full Description
Chapel of the Good Rood of Rest, in roadside situation at Kersey (S1). Founder unknown, 0.25 mile from Church (in existence in 1513). Stipendary priest to sing in Chapel of Kersey, Yearly value six pounds from Kings College, Cambridge (1546), former free chapel remains contained within a stable (1891)(S2).
