Full Description
Small-long brooch (1909.415): bronze brooch, details and photograph in (S1), 7.5cm long. Formerly Sir John Evans collection. From Mildenhall, Suffolk, 1893 (S1)(R1). Probably from MNL 001 (Warren Hill).
Girdlehanger (1927-4629): bronze girdlehanger, incomplete, 11.2cm long, 3.8cm wide. Details in S G Fenton collection, sold at Sotheby's 28 November 1927 (lot 185), associated with bucket mounts (below). Damage recent? - register records `remains of an iron ring at the nd of the shaft' and a length 1.7cm longer than at present (S1). Probably from MNL 001 (S1). Bucket Mounts (1927.4630): bronze bucket mounts including two perforated handle mount plates (S1). Associated at auction with girdlehanger (above).
