Full Description
As part of the Harley Collection a bronze trade token of a farthing in value was presented to Moyses Hall Museum in 1984.
The token belonged to John Smith of Lowestoft. It is very worn and the date is illegible. On the obverse side is written : IOHN SMITH OF (seven mullets) and on the reverse LOWESTUFE. (1656 I.S.) Boyne, Suffolk 230 (S1).
