Full Description

Stone axe, pecked and possibly polished, 10.2cm long x 4.9cm wide, greenish white stone with darker green inclusions. Sample taken for petrological analysis reference number S175 (S1). Actually S176, greenstone cf SW origin, location confused with MNL Misc (CRN 01554) in (S4). Find spot given by C Pendleton correct to field (as shown on 1958 map (S2)) only (S3).
