Full Description
Bridge shown on both Hodskinson's and Bowen's maps (S1)(S2). Still shown on Ordnance Survey map today with same name. Construction date and architectural history unknown - probably considerably altered or rebuilt although clearly shown in present location on 1837 OS 1st ed map. Bridge shown on Saxton's 1575 and Speede's 1610 maps (S3)(S4), possibly in same location.
