Full Description
An un-named bridge is shown on Hodskinson's map of 1783 (S1). Still present on the OS map. Not shown on Bowen's map of 1755. This suggests the bridge may have been built between 1755 and 1783. Further history not checked. Low lying situation suggests linked to higher ground by causeways to N & SW.
