Full Description
PMed watermill on site of(?) Med mill. `The Mill House' and `The Mill Hill' are named on Brewers 1714 map of Sudbury & a mill is shown on Kirby's 1736 and on Bowen's 1755 map.
Rebuilt? - `This tiled and weatherboarded mill, dating from 1820, was extended with a white brick roller mill in 1860. She was refronted with creosoted shiplap boards in 1938. Of the original machinery only the iron 4 o'clock water wheel remains' (S1).
