Full Description

Possible former kiln sites in chalk pit suggested by two fields located on Tithe map at TL 988 472 & TL 987 477, both with the name of Kiln Field. They probably relate to a pitted area (chalk pit in 1838) at cited NGR. Presumably lime kiln/s?
Upgraded from CHW Misc to CHW 013 and plotted on HBSMR mapping November 2010.
