Full Description

In excavation of a 30m square area around the Rom hoard findspot, a number of prehistoric features were identified in the W half of the excavation. These included lines of post holes and small pits, some of which contained handmade IA pottery. Only a small sample of the visible features was excavated (S1). Also BA, Rom.
