Full Description
From various wills of Bury residents `lime burner' is recorded as the profession/main occupation of the following: 1536 John Hubbard (S1)(R1); 1567 John Warren (S1)(R2); 1618 Roger Myller (S1)(R3); 1690 Robert Barret (S1)(R4); 1695 John Racket (S1)(R5). It is not known which kilns these individuals operated.
