Full Description
From various wills of Mildenhall residents `lime burning' is recorded as the profession/main occupation of the following: 1620 - Walter Pecyous (S1)(R1); 1627 - Nicolas Hornigold (S1(R2); 1669 - John Coates (S1)(R3). It is not known which kilns these individuals operated. For various PMed kilns in Mildenhall parish, see MNL 328, 449, 467, 468.
