Full Description

August 1996: Pottery scatter identified during monitoring pipeline route. Found in area on Western side of track heading north towards riverside marshes, under topsoil deposit of subsoil and occupation layer c. 500mm thick. No features noted in pipetrench. C.40 sherds, C12th-14th recovered, largely unabraded. (S1).
