Full Description

August 1996: Ditch (possibly from enclosure) with MSax Ipswich ware and animal bones found in ditch during evaluation and excavation in October/November 1997. Details in (S1)(R1)(S2)(S3). Also one sherd 'IA' flint tempered, 4 Med and 1 PMed sherds, 18 worked and 5 burnt flints, various unstratified Med and PMed items.
Also Rom.
Parish boundary change from Washbrook to Pinewood.
