Full Description

Cropmark of ditch, circa 14m in diameter (S1). NE of small ring ditch FXL 035.
A ring ditch, possibly the remains of an Iron Age roundhouse, is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs, to the south of Purdis Road, Foxhall parish. The cropmark of the ditch is at most 1 metre in width, enclosing a roughly circular area circa 17 metres in diameter. The eastern edge of the ring ditch is not clearly defined. (S2)
