Full Description

'Ancient Woodlands' on site of former 'brick kilne' shown on Nordens map of circa 1600 (Suffolk Record Office, Ipswich). Presumably woodlands define area of disturbed ground unsuitable for arable agriculture. Precise uselife of kiln/s unknown - documentary work needed. Extent of remains unknown - site survey needed.
