Full Description

1999: Mixed scatter of worked flint and pottery including leaf arrowhead. Details in (S1).

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be Neoliothic due to presence of Leaf arrowhead and details of discovery, (S2).

Fieldwalking of two fields produced a Neolithic leaf-shaped arrowhead and other worked flint, together with a small group of medieval and post-medieval pottery. Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 1999 (S3).
