Summary

A rectilinear earthwork bank of unknown date was recorded during restocking of forestry plantations. It is also visible on imagery from a lidar survey flown in 2015.

Full Description

Earthwork bank, NW-SE in a dog-leg form W of B1106 recorded during restocking of forestry plantations. S1

August 2017. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
The undated rectilinear bank described above is visible (at least partially) as an earthwork on imagery from a recent lidar survey (S2). It corresponds to boundaries depicted on 19th and 20th century Ordnance Survey maps (including S3 and S4), and has not been mapped by the project.
