Full Description
Pottery fragment of a C1 AD storage jar from a hearth in a sandpit near Burnt House, Farnham. Given to Ipswich Museum by Lord Medway, Great Glenham House, Saxmundham (S1).
A small pit is shown on OS 1983, 1:10000 map at TM 3729 5857. ?Part of FNM 003.
