Brundish Lodge (LB), C16th core with C19 exterior, believed to be former huntingl lodge in deer park (extent not researched so not plotted). Also series of fish ponds (possibly parts of former moat?).

Full Description

Brundish Lodge (LB), C16th core with C19 exterior, believed to be former huntingl lodge in deer park (extent not researched so not plotted - see R Hoppitt - possibly recorded circa 1325). Also series of fish ponds (shown on 1880s OS map, others not checked) to S, E & N. These may partially be remnants of a former moat surrounding Brundish Lodge.
Further research needed.
On edges of Brundish and Dennington parishes.
