Full Description
An archaeological monitoring was carried out in advance of the construction of a garden wall and a summerhouse. It revealed a vertical sequence of topsoil, made ground and turf. No archaeological deposits or features were found but six unstratified sherds of medieval greyware pottery (late 12-14th century) were recovered from the spoil heap (S1).
