Full Description
The excavation of footing trenches for a single storey extension to 58 Little Eriswell exposed a range of features including an Iron Age ditch, and a ditch, three shallow pits and two postholes that are all thought to be Early Roman. Three further ditches, dated to the post medieval period probably relate to the drainage of the fens for agriculture (S1).
