Summary

Ancient wood, seen as two separate woods on Tithe map, but originally a single wood shown on Hodskins map spreading into the neighboring parish of Layham. The Tithe and 1st addition OS maps show the remaining wooded area in Hadleigh under the name of Potts Wood, very little of which now remains.

The Tithe and 1st addition OS maps show the remaining wooded area in Hadleigh under the name of Potts Wood, Very little of which now remains.
