Full Description

An archaeological evaluation was carried out on land north of Upper Lodge, Wades Lane, Shotley in advance of construction of an irrigation reservoir. No archaeological interventions were recorded and the only finds, a sherd of Roman greyware and a later prehistoric worked flint, were unstratified finds (S1).
