Summary
Monitoring of footing trenches identified a dark blackish brown silty sand layer. A brick lined well cut through this layer. It is possible that this layer is related to the backfill of the town ditch.

Monitoring of footing trenches identified a dark blackish brown silty sand layer. A brick lined well cut through this layer. It is possible that this layer is related to the backfill of the town ditch (S1).
