E side of road approaching main built-up area of Great Welnetham and Sicklesmere, almost opposite small derelict windmill. Type 22 pillbox, with entrance now set low in the ground. No internal anti-ricochet wall. Plain flat roof. Faces over playing field and road, with the entrance on the side facing the road. Stepped-in embrasures.
