Full Description

At Tuddenham Fen, some 350m N of point where Sandy Drove (a right of way), a track leading N from the Tuddenham/Icklingham road, turns E to Tuddenham Heath. Standard type 22 pillbox, thick-walled. Brick anti-ricochet wall. Entrance faces S. No embrasures in entrance wall, but blast wall with single embrasure and right angled ends in front of entrance. A mound of earth excavated from a nearby pond has been piled up against the front wall (the side opposite the entrance) (S1).
