Full Description
Approx. centre of Cavenham Heath (Cavenham National Nature Reserve), S of the Icklingham - Cavenham road, off unmade track. Pillbox type 27, slightly modified. Brick anti-ricochet walls. Covered low entrance under one embrasure, which led to trenches that ran in three directions to patches of woodland [to provide concealed access to the pillbox which lies in open heathland?]. Polygon side approx 3m long. Entrance faces S.
