Full Description

In Sudbury at Banham Close, off the road to Great Waldingfield. Spigot mortar emplacement. There was a tall pedestal (2.5ft - 3ft high); no bomb alcoves. DESTROYED: the site had gone by December 1996 owing to a development of bungalows (S1).

Part of defence works associated with the Colne - Mildenhall stopline (S2).
