Full Description
Little Glemham Auxiliary unit operational base (S1)
The OB is located in a private woodland belonging to the Glemham Estate. The entrance shaft of the structure has collapsed decades ago and the site is visible only as a slight hump in the ground. Sweeping with a metal detector provided strong signals, indicating the presence of an in-situ chamber. No depressions can be discerned at either end of the chamber, suggseting the collapsed entrance shaft (as well as the exit opening, provided there was one) have been filled in (S2).
