Full Description

18th C timber-framed threshing barn of bays, which re-uses a number of timbers from a 16th C building of some status. This building had two floors and contained a number of diamond mullions. Overall the timber-frame remains in a good condition. Documentary evidence shows that the barn was once part of a group of tannery buildings, although these no longer remain at the site (S1 & S2).
