Full Description

A 15th C timber-framed barn of 4 bays. The barn possibly contained a stable with a hayloft above at one end, but its original function is unknown. In the 19th C it was part of a maltings complex and therefore used for industrial purposes. A large part of this complex has since been demolished. Despite some rebuilding, the barn remains fairly intact (S1).
