Full Description

2013-2014: Excavation identified a concentration of medieval features likely related to the early development of Bardwell village which included post-built structures and structures represented by rectangular gullies, a well, an oven and ditches. The presence of high status pottery suggests an afluent building in the vicinity. Post medieval ditches were also present. (S1)
