Full Description

A number of linear anomalies across were identified during magnetometry survey of the site. The features run on a broadly north-south alignment with some variation in orientation, suggesting a multi-phase landscape. These features are likely to relate to the late prehistoric and Romano-British cropmarks found to the north and south. The features do not correlate with any boundaries shown on early Ordnance Survey maps (S1).
