Full Description
Beaker 'Type B'. Found in cliff fall one and half miles N of Bawdsey Ferry. Similar to the Kirton beaker, decorated with groups of gashes apparently made by a comb. Basil Brown gives details of pottery and refers to notes on Beaker pottery from site by Prof J G D Clark (S1)(R3). Clarke's E Anglian group (S2). Also see BAW 001 for beaker from Bawdsey Cliff.
